"Beautiful property, polite staff. The facilities deserve attention and investment. The coffee is bureaucratic, artisanal, and slow. I paid in advance and any time i enjoyed!"

"This property was not as described. The room was nothing like the photos. There is no bathroom, just a toilet and sink with a bare light bulb. Carpet is filthy. There was no working light in the room. Someone had taken the bulb from the only lamp. No lights in the stairwell. Totally unsuitable. No towels were provided."

"The owner was very hospitable and most welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more in a place to stay."

"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."

"Quarto maravilhoso, atendente muito gentil. Adoramos. "

Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

"We stayed in the coach house which was ideal for us with our dog. Dinner - fish and chips was good and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were really accommodating and made us welcome. Really good atmosphere in the bar which was well populated with locals."

"O BB tem um café da manhã delícia. Os donos são super gentis e educados. Os quartos são aconchegantes e simples. Ótima localização. Super recomendo."
