We are only a 20 min drive to Monarch Mountain Ski Resort or 8 min drive to downtown Salida. The home is centrally located for just about every adventure CO has to offer. Whether you are thrill-seeking or just need a place to unwind, you will find a cure to your wanderlust at our “Blue” Spruce Retreat in Poncha Springs!
The space
Our brand new vacation home was just completed in January of 2022. The “Blue” Spruce Retreat is a fully equipped 1,900 sq-ft craftsman style home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and offers an open concept kitchen/living/dinning area. Relax in our luxurious master suite located on the first floor which includes a fire place and 55” smart TV. The second floor includes a loft, office space, as well as two spacious bedrooms and second full bath. The home was designed with a zoned heating and AC system that allows you to control the temperatures for each level. It boasts of a 6-person hot tub and fire pit for enjoying your evenings after a day of exploring all of the marvelous outdoor activities Chafee County has to offer.
