Including bringing Manchester and Salford together, with a waterfront location and just a short walk to the popular areas of Castlefield and Spinningfields. Whether you are heading over to the independent bars and restaurants or taking a stroll into Spinningfields, the location of this development is perfectly positioned to connect you to some of Manchester's most popular areas.
Laid out over three spacious floors, this impressive property boasts plenty of open, inviting space and light with large crittall windows throughout. Beautifully designed with an overall neutral colour palette, the space is calming whilst also exuding pops of colour and luxurious finishes.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and ceramic hob.
There is a six seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. There is also a kitchen island with 2 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Bedrooms:
There are three stylish bedrooms, two king-size and one double. These are all fitted with blackout curtains, full length mirrors and ample wardrobe storage.
The top floor master bedroom also provides a desk which can be used as a dedicated workspace.
Bathrooms:
There are 2.5 bathrooms including a downstairs toilet and sink. On the upper floors, there are two-ensuites, one features a shower over a bath and the other with a shower, offering both options for your stay as well as mirrored cabinets for storage. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Living Area:
The cosy living area features a large corner sofa and a smart TV with sound system, Netflix and Amazon Prime access.
Terrace/balcony spaces:
The property has access to private outdoor space on each level. This includes a balcony and two terrace spaces, the ground floor with a front facing canal terrace.
Location & Parking:
Located on the Salford edge of Manchester City Centre, this neighbourhood has a city-village vibe with a buzz. This development enjoys generous public open green spaces and a beautiful waterfront setting. To soon be joined by more restaurants, shops and bars as the neighbourhood continues to flourish. All within a short walk to Spinningfields, Salford Central train station and Manchester city centre.
This property also offers an under-cover free, secure and gated car parking space. You can access the property through the door in the car park or alternatively through the front door.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Within the property, the floors can only be accessed by stairs. There is no lift to the upper floors of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.
