    Welcome to your urban retreat in the heart of Manchester. This modern two-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay, whether you are visiting for business or leisure.

    The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, giving you everything you need to cook and dine at home.

    There are two comfortable bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space. The sleek, modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

    Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, secure building access, and lift access to the flat, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.

    •⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
    •⁠ ⁠The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
    •⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
    •⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore, please be careful with them.
    •⁠ ⁠Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave
    •⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
    •⁠ ⁠If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
