Arndale shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away!
Manhatta, Lane7 & more fun places nearby

- Close to the main bathroom.
- Small handheld clothes steamer to iron your clothes. This is very handy depending on the duration of your stay. (Also we have an iron board you will need to ask us to bring out for you)

The living room is very spacious with a:
- Small open kitchen.
- A flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and our old school classic Nintendo Wii for some entertainment!
- Or if its just 1 or 2 people staying for work purposes - you can use the living room table and sofa to work from home too! (keep an eye out for any updates on our property description as we are getting together a new workspace in our apartment soon come)

Our main bathroom & En - suite consists of a:

Guest access:
The whole place is yours!
but the storage cupboard is for staff and cleaners only.

We do not allow pets.
We do not allow smoking in premises.
There is residential parking round the corner from the apartment
Noise level should be moderate from 8pm - 8am.
