Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
• Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. • Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • No pets allowed • No unregistered guests allowed • Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; • Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. • Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. • The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. • A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them. • Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave • Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible • If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
