A 5-minute walk away is also the Santa Teresa beach, from which you can enjoy the view of the entire gulf

The internal space is organized on two levels:



Lower Area:

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed and split A/C;

- FULL BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;



Mezzanine floor (accessible via stairs):

- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, WC and washing machine;



Upper floor (attic, accessible via another 3 steps)

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses and access to the terrace;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and coffee table with chairs;

- TERRACE accessible from the kitchen, furnished with coffee table and chairs.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board.

Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in time and will stay at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay in case of problems or questions.



We will give you tips and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable. For any question or unexpected events, we will be reachable by phone or email.



7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno.

We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

Salerno Climatic C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.



For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,

EUR 30 between 10pm and 12am.

It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 2 pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in the center of Salerno, a short distance from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the main Garden of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned event Luci d'Artista during the Christmas period. In the historic center of Salerno you will be captivated by the charm of the characteristic alleys that offer evidence of a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an infinite choice of clubs of all types, restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid promenade and the beach of Santa Teresa, from where it is possible to admire an enchanting panorama and stroll while tasting an ice cream, or do some running or take a rental bike. In 3 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, the main place of Catholic worship in the city.

Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.

Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is absolutely not to be missed. The view that will open before you, once you reach the top of the castle, is sublime: a unique view overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, ranging from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli, and which will leave you breathless!

- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high-speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and from here on foot in 16 minutes (1.3 km).



- From Salerno station: on foot in 16 minutes (1.3 km).



- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Duomo, in Via Fratelli Linguiti 2, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
