After reserving a room three months in advance, I had a late check in due to a flight delay. The night shift clerk on duty (Mark) was borderline rude and entirely incompetent. He was unable to get the key to register so I was checked into a room without key access until the next day ( he thought it was the lock, but it was not) and I felt a bit like a prisoner.. The room smelled musty, the furniture was worn and torn ( both the armchair and the desk chair), the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and the place generally needed a facelift. I had a long stay (25 days) and for almost $4,000, I expected better. On a brighter side, the rest of the staff (Manager - Michael, day shift desk clerk - Daniel, & Maintenance - Tim) were all pleasant and professional. My son stayed there in the spring and thought it was fine (and he is discerning) which is why I canceled reservations at another place and booked the Comfort Inn. It was mistake I'm sorry to say.
