The Space:

The Jardin de Balata is a 184 sqm villa that stands out for its generous volumes, fluid layout, and thoughtfully designed spaces, perfect for sharing quality time.



From the moment you enter, the living area impresses with its size and natural light. The comfortable and elegant lounge opens onto a welcoming dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and gathering with ease. Large openings to the outside naturally extend the living spaces to the garden and terrace.



The villa features three bedrooms in the main house, including a master suite with its own bathroom. The two additional bedrooms, both with double beds, share a second bathroom.



Outside, an independent guest house completes the property, offering an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom, providing extra privacy for guests.



The landscaped garden invites you to relax around the pool (available from mid-June to mid-September), a true highlight of the property. You can enjoy the outdoor spaces throughout the day, from swimming to al fresco dining and quiet moments of rest.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a few days or several weeks. A private entrance and parking options complete the amenities.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the villa, the pool, and the garden.

The pool is available from mid-June to mid-September.

Street parking is available nearby.

Check-in is fully self check-in for your convenience.

Your stay can be enhanced with additional services available after your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and household linen is included.



House rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties are not permitted.

The heated pool is available from mid-June to mid-September.

Please note that decibel sensors are installed throughout the house. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels under control. In the event of excessive noise at night, a €350 fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.





We kindly ask you to respect the property and the items provided. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged in the following cases:

dirty or stained linen,

unwashed dishes, unemptied bins, or excessive mess,

lost or damaged keys,

failure to comply with house rules,

smoke odors or presence of cigarette butts.
