This is a beautiful holiday home situated in the Lakes of Italy region with a sauna. It is situated on the third floor (without lift), with an excellent panoramic lake view, overlooking the historic centre of the town. It is also only a stone's throw from the ferry port for Monteisola. Possibility of excursions in the nearby Via Antica Valeriana, along the lake amid nature. This home makes for a wonderful residence for families and couples alike.

Follow the impressive Sale Marasino hiking route or visit nice places around Lake Iseo, such as Motta and Presso. The area offers many possibilities for recreation, excursions, beaches, and places that have historical and artistic value. In the area are also excellent restaurants and cellars where you can find excellent wine (Franciacorta) and olive oil of local production.

Guests will be greeted personally by the owner with a small welcome drink for a better explanation of services and equipment, .and check-out will also be done personally.
