"We were just passing through on our way to Gatlinburg and we wanted to check out Fall Creek Falls State Park.The location was perfect for visiting the state park. Camper was clean. In the kitchen we only used the keruig and microwave but there is a fridge and stove. There was just three of us. Our 14 year old son slept on the pull out bed. "This property was a perfect girls’ get away for my daughters, my granddaughter and I. We had a lovely time at this cozy little home in downtown Dunlap. We enjoyed the porch swing and the rockers on the front porch and all the cute cubbies upstairs.The hosts were wonderful and the online description of the property was exactly what we experienced."

"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"Very lovely property and wonderful and responsive hosts! Wonderful stay and just what we wanted for my wife and I to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The hosts were fantastic and the house provided the perfect retreat for the two of us. "The Pines at Signal Mountain was exactly what our family was looking for when we booked our annual vacation. The home had more than ample space even for our large group of 14 people. "The location was perfect for us and check in was simple! The kitchen had everything needed from silverware to wine glasses! Large brand new refrigerator with ice maker too. The bed was cozy and the entire home was clean!! Thank you Carrie we will be back!!!"
