Domaine Le Bouzet is the perfect base for a sunny break in the South Ardèche, a region so popular with nature lovers, with its rich heritage, natural sites and sporting activities...
From where you're staying, you can get off to a good start with a hike or a cycle ride to explore some extraordinary places, covering miles of forest paths, crests and gorges, passing through surprising places and picturesque remote villages...
In practical terms, the Domaine is as follows:
A large communal terrace is located on the second level, set around a large heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to 30 September) overlooking the surrounding area.
A large pool-house has been designed for holidaymakers, with a fully equipped kitchen (small crockery set, tables, chairs, armchairs, coffee machine with coffee beans available, water fountain, fridge, freezer), games for children, darts, table football, table tennis, boules, etc...
Set back from the terrace, a secure, enclosed barbecue is available, complete with utensils for barbecuing!
A shower and toilet complete the facilities.
A lift is available for people with reduced mobility. It is located in the car park with its own reserved space and serves 2 levels.
There is also a large underground garage for the 3 houses, which is very useful in summer, a secure bicycle storage area and free laundry facilities.
Practical note: A charging point for electric vehicles is located 250m from the estate.

LA MAISON LE ROCHER DE L'OURS, complies with standards for people with reduced mobility,
is a 90m2 detached house on the top floor of the estate, with its own entrance and private courtyard enclosed by a gate.
It is also possible to park in the large garage - free of charge in summer - and to return to your house via the interior of the Domaine.
An internal staircase leads directly to the central terrace.
A private, panoramic terrace off the living room is a great place to start the day with breakfast!
It has :
* 1 large, pleasant and very sunny living room, 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and all the cooking utensils for 5 people.
Tablecloths and tea towels are provided.
*Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1.60m) with memory foam mattress,
1 wardrobe, 1 storage unit, 2 bedside tables, 1 armchair, 1 mirror.
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds or 1 single bed + 1 king-size bed (1.60 m), bedside tables, 1 large wardrobe/closet.
(1 prepared cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath and baby crockery are available on request).
All beds are made up on arrival.
*Bathroom:
Spacious with walk-in shower, double basins, storage unit with drawers and column, large mirror, towel rail, hairdryer, soap.
Independent thermodynamic water heater for each house.
Bathroom linen provided (small and large towels, gloves, swimming pool towels, mats).
*Separate WC with small washbasin.
Each room has reversible air conditioning (total of 3).
The house is equipped with VMC, a smoke detector and Internet (Orange).
There is a laundry room on level 0 (2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer, 1 sink, 1 ironing board, iron).
Linen and sheets are changed weekly.
Last but not least
The owner is always on hand to look after the well-being of his guests.
He is present on the estate.
