Conveniently positioned, this sanctuary is a 2-minute drive away from Salamander Bay Square, across the road to the Tomaree Aquatic Centre and Toboggan Hill Park making it an ideal getaway tag for families, holiday-goers, and even pet lovers!

Salamander Sanctuary is across the road to Tomaree Aquatic Centre which features a 50m outdoor heated pool with 8 swimming lanes, a beautiful shaded heated kid’s pool, shaded wading pool, spiral waterslide, large open lawned areas, free BBQ’s, and volleyball greens.

Toboggan Hill Park is also across the road and has a 1km toboggan track with 11 downhill twists and turns so you can go as fast or slow as you like! Toboggan Hill Park also has a tractor ride around the park, a maze and an indoor activity zone, this indoor activity zone is perfect for a rainy day, with indoor rock climbing, "hot" ice skating, jumping castles, air hockey and activities for smaller kids.

This four-bedroom haven can effortlessly accommodate up to eight guests seeking solace away from the hustle and bustle. Each bedroom radiates a homely vibe, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All rooms come equipped with ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making and collectively serviced by 1.5 bathrooms that further enhance convenience.

The bathroom can be accessed via the main bedroom or the hallway, it is designed with a 2-way bath/ shower room, separate toilet area and separate vanity area, making this a usable area for multiple people at once. (f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
