"It really gives the feel of being out in the woods but still having modern comforts. Close to nature and away from a bustling city. Just down the road is Ellicottville and all it has to offer, but you always have the porch with a good view to go back to."

"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."

Just a fanatastic job in the design, layout and decorating done on this property. It's a perfect set-up for two people with the king bed, full bath and walk-in closet on the loft level. "I booked this last minute as a Father's Day gift to my husband who loves all things nature. The property was just beautiful, inside and out. It was peaceful and private with comfortable beds and strong enough wifi for me to work remotely. David left clear instructions for everything we would need and check in was easy. My husband has already asked when we can come back :) "

"This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months. It is tucked away from the nearby towns and when it snows a lot like it did during our trip makes for long slow drives to get to any destinations. The hosts are wonderful and...

"This was my first stay at pumpkin hollow and we had the best time ever. It was very clean and secluded. My dogs loved the creek and the property!"

"Very clean comfortable cottage. We stayed for 4 days in March. It was cold but the heat works great! The boat house is nice for playing cards etc and you can fish in Spring creek right off the back of the boat house. There was tons of wildlife. We saw a beaver, geese, mallard ducks, a porcupine, 2 mink and a muscrat in the creek. Great stay and highly recommend."
