"Very nice apartment with a fantastic location. The apartment is as new with all the facilities and very well equipped. The apartment is very quiet, you wouldn't believe you are in a building with other apartments. The parking in the garage next to the apartment is a must (although at extra cost). City center with all the main attractions at 10 minutes walk. Several supermarkets nearby and also a choice of coffees where you can have breakfast. So, we had all the conditions for the fantastic stay."

"We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Salamanca. We were welcomed by Beatriz who showed us around, the property is very spacious with high quality furnishings. It was very comfortable and well-equipped and there is a lovely view on to the street. It is a few minutes walk to the historic city and Plaza Mayor. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and also supermarkets. We parked in the 24hr secure public car park 50m across the street which is good value for a number of days...
