"Village House is a restful haven. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The shared spaces are welcoming. And the pool is heavenly. Warm, friendly staff can't do enough for you. The location is a bit remote if you don't have a car. It's not too far from Sarawak Cultural Village, but you'll need a taxi/grab to eat anywhere else or explore the area. "

"A very good homestay which is well located in the centre of Kuching and convenience to go around as many shop nearby the homestay. Rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Easily the best homestay in the centre of Kuching."

"Basic but comfortable and clean. This could be a great place to stay if you have business nearby but there wouldn't be much reason to stay in this residential area otherwise. I suggest accepting airport pick up. It is not easy to find the place. Taxi driver couldn't find it and people in the neighbourhood weren't aware of it. The person who was supposed to meet us didn't answer the phone so it took a long time to get into the building."
