The villa is situated between Ramatuelle and Gassin just 15min from Saint-Tropez, Port-Grimaud and Cavalaire-sur-Mer and 10min from Pampelonne and Gigaro Beach. The property rests on a hill surrounded by Ramatuelle vineyards and offers a beautiful panoramic view on the small French island Île du Levant. Your guest house is detached from the main house and surrounded by a 2 hectare garden and forest creating a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. There is a spacious terrace for outside dining, a living (dining) room and a kitchen. All rooms have private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The villa offers an expansive infinity pool with a jacuzzi and spacious sun terrace along with a bar to have drinks at the pool. During your stay, you will also have access to the fitness studio, BBQ place and pétanque field. Guests are welcome to roam the garden or relax in the outdoor canopy bed and shared lounge areas. WiFi is available in certain areas. Upon request, we can open you the lounge where you can enjoy music, play pool, dart and chess or enjoy the sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine. Please note that the owners' house, housekeepers house and on-site tennis court (being refurbished) will be inaccessible during your stay.
