Accommodation to share with the owners who are very discreet!<br>Villa in the heights of Sainte-Maxime, 2km from the beach and 30 minutes walk from the city center, a beautiful walk to do! <br>Detached villa with private pool of 7 x 3.5 m and terrace of 500 m2.<br>Located just opposite the Golf de Sainte-Maxime, close to the Nartelle beach and the city center, in a quiet area in the heights of Sainte-Maxime (at the Sémaphore) in a private residence which gives access to a 25 x 12.5 m communal swimming pool and 5 tennis courts.<br><br>The accommodation<br><br>The villa can accommodate 5 people (2 adults and 3 children), completely renovated in 2018, reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.<br>The swimming pool (unheated) and the garden are for your exclusive use, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a dining table and a corner with plancha (electric).<br>1 double bedroom with 160 x 200 cm beds, 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm with 1 pull-out bed.<br>1 independent walk-in shower room, 1 separate toilet.<br>Double living room, open kitchen with central island, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) & electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, American fridge with water and ice dispenser.<br>Fibre optic internet (Wi-Fi), Smart TV with a box in the living room, Smart TV with HD TNT in all rooms. <br><br>Traveler access<br><br>The wooded terrace and its private swimming pool are for your sole use. <br>The residence also gives you access to a large communal swimming pool of 25 x 12.5 m and a wading pool, 5 tennis courts, 1 petanque court, and finally, a basketball hoop.<br><br>Other remarks<br><br>Please note that 2 people will come at least once a week for the maintenance of the pool and garden. <br>Note: there may be other passages after a windy or rainy day.<br>The large swimming pool, tennis courts and garbage collection are located at the D' driveway of the residence.<br>Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.<br>You will have a shower and toilet for your exclusive use, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a bedroom with bunk bed for 3 children under 12 years old.
