This spacious villa of 150m² offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, with 3 carefully arranged bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and a third offers a queen size bed, ensuring optimal rest for each guest.

The fully equipped American kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts. It includes all the necessary equipment: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, citrus press, and a complete collection of crockery and kitchen utensils.

The villa has an air conditioning and heating system with a heat pump to ensure your comfort in all seasons. Two televisions are also available for your relaxation moments.

The outdoor spaces are a real asset: private garden, fitted terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and enclosed ground. The private swimming pool will be the ideal place to cool off and enjoy moments of relaxation with family or friends.

An outdoor parking for 2 vehicles is available, and the house is equipped with WiFi and an iron. Note that animals and groups of young people are not allowed.

Bed and toilet linen are not included in the booking. You are free to bring your own linen.
If you wish, the concierge offers the rental of linen kits (sheet sets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) charged at 30 euros per person per week.
