"Our family (ranging in age from 10-85) stayed at this lovely home for the holidays. Great location, beautiful view and home had everything you could need. Very responsive host, with the house easy to find and access. Four great bedrooms on the top floor with final bed located in the basement. Lots of space on the main floor and spectacular views from the main floor windows. Highly recommend."

"Our original plan was to spend most of our vacation in Montreal for the F1 Race and festivities, but the house was so comfortable and the neighborhood so pleasant that we ended up spending more time there than expected. Its convenient location made it easy to access grocery stores, takeout options, and enjoy evening walks in the nearby park. "Like that it was a short drive to Lancaster which has quaint little shops and local town restaurants. The Cooper Marsh is a short drive away; it has nice walking trails. The cottage is across the street from the St Lawrence river but there was no direct access to water nearby for swimming or soaking feet within walking distance."

"We had an outstanding time at Colin’s cottage. We were 4 couples getting together for a good time after 4 years. It was a great property as it had enough space, bedrooms, and a big enough dining room table to accommodate our group. The weather was great in October so our group enjoyed every day going on the lake with the kayaks and the canoe that was at our disposal. "The property was pleasantly clean and had many windows bringing in lots of light."

"This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed.
