You find this splendid villa in Valle Longa, in the Village of Capicciola, not far from the beautiful beach of Vilata. This house is warm, with magnificent terraces and verandas in a sublime garden with swimming pool. From the living room, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the swimming pool, the Bavella massif and the surrounding Capicciola mountains. At the end of the garden, you will see Pinarellu Bay. The land has an area of 1177m² and the villa of 174.32m².
Capicciola is located near the friendly resort Pinarellu, near Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio on the main artery between Bastia and Bonifatio. The sumptuous Villata Bay is just a 5-minute walk away. The shallow bay of Villata, with its white sandy beaches and crystal clear water will delight young children. The beach is partially intended for lovers of nudism (2/3) but also for dressed visitors (1/3).
The house is also an excellent starting point for lovers of water sports or alpine sports. It is also possible to practice windsurfing and a boat can also be parked in the bay. The GR20 starts in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio.
The house is extremely comfortable and equipped for optimal comfort. The decoration is inspired by the principles of classic modern design. The house is fitted with an acoustic ceiling, where the noise level is of very good quality. All windows are fitted with steel shutters. The sliding doors in the bedrooms and the dining room are equipped with sliding doors with mosquito nets. The villa has a heating and cooling system based on a Heat Pump. Ducts placed under the ground are supplied by outside air which allows the sanitation of hot or cold water. The house is also equipped with a solar water heater. In summer, the villa can also be air conditioned.
The main entrance is under an awning, on the north-west side of the house. In the large entrance is the toilet and the counter.
The villa extends to a spacious living room with fireplace. It is a beautiful space with high ceilings and double sliding patio doors leading to the wooden terrace, under an exquisite veranda with splendid views of the garden. From the bottom of the garden, where you can see Pinarellu Bay.
A few steps will take you into the large and high dining room. This dining room also has three sliding patio doors with access to a large table under the veranda. The dining room is also connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and meals can be prepared with gas on an island. Directly linked to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer. The back kitchen also opens an entrance to the villa.
The villa has a special part for bedrooms. The bedroom area includes 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and two sinks. The main bathroom has, in addition to a shower, a large bathtub. A second toilet is also located in this part of the villa. All the sanitary facilities, bathroom and toilet, are designs by Phillipe Starck and the tiling is in white glass mosaic. The toilets are luxuriously equipped.
A large swimming pool is installed in the garden with dimensions of 5 meters by 10 and a depth of 1.10 meters to 1.70 meters. The pool is lit by LED lamps. It can be covered thanks to the automatic Hydrodeck system. The fact that it can be covered protects children from any danger of falling into the pool. Sun loungers surround the pool. The garden is magnificent. In early summer, white laurels are in bloom. It is possible to park 3 cars behind the gates. The blackberry plantations give the cars on time, during the summer, shade. There is a path behind the field which joins the hiking path to Villata beach.
On the port of Pinarellu, you will find friendly café terraces and nice restaurants. Other charming restaurants are present on the way to Saint Lucie from Porto-Vecchio. In Saint Lucie you can also do your daily shopping through small shops, including a bakery, a butcher, a press, a supermarket, a gas station and a cafe. In Lecci, it is good to know that it is possible to buy good wines at reasonable prices.
For other necessities, it is preferable to go to Porto Vecchio. It’s a very nice town in Corsica. It has a very nice place with a very characteristic tree. The church is next to the square. There are also many café terraces and restaurants. There are also shops where you can buy local products. Porto Vecchio also has many supermarkets.
It is of course possible to practice water and mountain sports in all the cities mentioned above.
