Air-conditioned apartment of 45 m² located on the ground floor of a villa and comprising 2 bedrooms: the first with a 140 bed and the second with 2 single beds, a bathroom with WC, a small living room with sofa, a television, kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven and ceramic hob. Laundry room with washing machine and additional shower.

The household linen is NOT provided but possibility to rent it for 15 € per person.
The price in high season is 850 € per week

There are 2 terraces, one adjacent to the apartment and the other, larger, overlooking the garden and the sea, garden furniture, large garden, independent entrance with parking.

The pool is shared with the owner, solar shower, pool house with WC, sunbathing around the pool.

Possibility to rent an additional suite for 2 people, independent suite with a large bedroom and a bathroom with WC, photographs, prices and availability on request.

3 beaches at 1500 meters, village with all shops at 4 km, torrent at 6 km and Porto Vecchio at around 20 km.
