The property is located in the Périgord Noir in Sainte Foy de Longas, between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat and in the immediate vicinity of the valleys of the Vézère and the Dordogne. On a privileged site, in a quiet, preserved and green environment, the Domaine des Fargues offers breathtaking views, more than 25 km as the crow flies. This charming 3-façade house is located at the end of the property, in the main alignment.
The first floor consists of a large living room with ochre-coloured sandstone walls with living room, dining room, TV area and a fully equipped kitchen, all under ceiling with old period beams.
This level also includes a corridor which distributes a separate toilet and 2 separate shower rooms, both with vanity unit.
In the centre of the living room is a staircase separating the living room from the dining room.
Upstairs, a landing leads to a toilet with washbasin unit and 4 attic bedrooms with beautiful original beams and stone walls repointed in the old style.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The other two bedrooms are composed of 2 single beds, the other with 3 single beds. Solid parquet flooring throughout the floor.
The south-facing terrace and garden have a plunging view of the valley. The swimming pool is in front of the house (25 m away). Access to the tennis court (100 m away) is easy from the back of the house.
