This house, located in the center of the property, offers complete privacy thanks to its overall design and layout.
With a floor area of 310 m², it features, across two levels, 8 bedrooms, including 5 double bedrooms for couples, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and a large bedroom with 6 single bunk beds.
Period-style roof trusses and exposed antique beams lend a unique charm to all the upstairs bedrooms.
In terms of bathrooms, the house offers 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a vanity unit.
The kitchen (36 m²) is fully equipped to meet the needs of a group: 2 large fridge-freezer combos, 2 large stoves with 10 gas burners and 2 90-cm ovens, and 2 dishwashers. There is ample storage and counter space. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use.
Facing southwest with an unobstructed view of the valley, the terrace is completely private from the rest of the property: it is equipped with all the necessary outdoor furniture, as well as planters and flower boxes. It opens directly onto the kitchen through a floor-to-ceiling window and leads to the four bedrooms located on the first floor. The heated and secured swimming pool (10 m by 5 m) is located across from the terrace.
A dining room (32 m²) adjacent to the kitchen and a living room (27 m²) complete the layout. The living room can easily accommodate 20 people.
At your disposal:
- Access to all on-site activities: 6 secure swimming pools maintained at 27 degrees, a tennis court lit in the evening, beach volleyball and pétanque courts, soccer, and ping-pong tables; a giant trampoline; a playground for the little ones; a treehouse for the kids; and a sauna for the parents.
- 28 bicycles of all sizes (mountain and road bikes), including 8 electric bikes.
- A full set of bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels, and all cleaning supplies. You’ll also find a tourist guide and a selection of restaurants in your home.
- For the little ones: a travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and baby monitor.
- Access to the herb garden so you can pick the herbs that will add flavor to your barbecues and planchas.
- On the day of your arrival, we’ll pick up your order—placed in advance at the local drive-through (Intermarché)—and deliver it to your home.
- During your stay, pastries, specialty breads, and baguettes that you’ve ordered the day before will be delivered at 7 a.m.
- The day after your arrival, a welcome aperitif and a complimentary tasting of gourmet delicacies (dried duck breast, terrines, and foie gras).
- Upon request and for a fee: in-home chef, babysitting, end-of-stay cleaning, and Nespresso capsules.
- Personalized service and/or special rates with local providers (winemakers, foie gras producers, restaurants, artisan butchers, and pastry shops).
