The apartment features:

- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Relax on a comfortable sofa, perfect for movie nights, and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- TWO QUIET BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms with standard-size beds (140x200cm) featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM: Relax in the shower, where towels and a hair dryer are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property does not have a parking space, but you can easily park in the lot across from the property.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
