Waterfront Studio

The studio consists of a main room with a 160-size bed and a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for three people, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, equipped with a hair dryer. The kitchenette on the terrace offers a small view of the sea. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, a table, and 4 chairs, as well as all the dishes you’ll need for your stay.<br>Linens are provided and changed weekly. The apartment has a TV, air conditioning, and UNLIMITED Wi-Fi. <br>Within the residence, you’ll appreciate the private, secure parking. Nearby, you’ll find a laundromat, a restaurant (breakfast available) with a pool and a game room accessible with a purchase, water games for children, a diving school, and kayak rentals.<br><br>You’ll be a 10-minute walk from the village of Sainte Anne, arriving right at the market square. Open every day, the stalls offer a wide variety of fresh, local produce.
