This 220 m² holiday cottage features a spacious open-plan living area encompassing a dining room, a lounge with a television, and a games area equipped with a foosball table, darts, and children's games. The fully equipped kitchen extends this welcoming space. The ground floor includes a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a laundry room with a cloakroom, and a separate accessible toilet. Upstairs, a second living room with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two more people. There are also four bedrooms comprising three single beds (90 cm), one double bed (140 cm), and two queen-size beds (160 cm), as well as two shower rooms and two separate toilets. Outside, several areas are available: an enclosed courtyard with a covered terrace and relaxation area, a 5/6-person hot tub with an outdoor shower, a garden, a shaded terrace, a barbecue, and a pétanque court. Beds are made upon arrival, and utilities are included.
