"First time renting from Julie. Great detailed communications. Advertisement pictures and details true to the actual property. Smaller cottage but good use of space allows for comfortable sleeping areas, eating area, kitchen with all the cookware and appliances needed for staying in to cook. "When we arrived the place was dirty all over, there were puke stains on one of the beds, spider webs all across the house and overall dust and dirt on the couches. When I contacted the host she was telling me someone had been there to clean that morning(. The day of) and that was the first lie. She continued on to being the worst communicator ever.( see screenshots since I can't type longer here)"

"Key access was easy. Unit was very clean on arrival. We enjoyed living room and balcony view of the water, and went to the rooftop patio to cook and enjoy even better elevated view from there. Place was well equipped. All safe for toddler. Host was responsive to all questions. "
