"Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"This would be a great place for a small group retreat. Beautiful grounds! The Cedar Lodge was a quiet and restful place to have coffee. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday when the restaurant was not open. Pretty place at a good price."

"Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints. Beautiful building inside. Plain outside. Check in staff was super friendly. The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything. Breakfast was good....

"I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time."

"Room was as expected. Clean, except for a slight musty carpet smell that lessened once the a/c thermostat was lowered. It was a humid 100 degrees outside the day I arrived, though, so I'm sure the ambient temperature played a part in that. Probably hard to avoid with any hotel carpets in those conditions. "If you come to this area and need a hotel, COME HERE! I cant say enough great things about the hotel itself, the staff, breakfast etc! The staff are really what makes it so nice to stay at though! The girls here are so sweet and genuinely amazing people. I would give it 100 stars if I could!"
