PLEASE NOTE: THE MEZZANINE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR AN ADULT. Electric heating included. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Pond on site + rowboat available + free fishing (carp, roach, pike... depending on weather conditions). Please bring your own bottled water, as the drinking water comes from a well. We can also provide bicycles. The marked "La Sologne à vélo" route is an easy and pleasant greenway that starts in Saint Viâtre and leads to Chambord, Thoury, or Crouy-sur-Cosson. In the Sologne des Étangs region, this cottage is located on a 12-hectare property with a pond (150m away). It is a small Sologne-style house, near the owners' house. The cottage is part of a hunting estate. You may see the dogs and encounter game such as deer, pheasants, ducks, etc.
