"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!"

"Firstly let me make clear that the owner Jack is an excellent host, with efficient communications throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Nice Airport and met us on arrival to help us find the apartment. Then he took us on an orientation walk around the immediate environs pointing out local bakeries, butchers etc, plus some good places for eating out. "Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . "
