"During my short stay, two luxury watches and cash were stolen from inside my locked room — inside a locked suitcase, with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. The thief? A hotel employee, confirmed by access logs and security footage. Even more disturbing: cameras were "coincidentally" disabled for the 10-minute window when he entered. No break-in — this was an inside job. I later learned this same employee had stolen from multiple guests, including cash the day before my incident. He was arrested inside the hotel, and the management was fully aware of his unauthorized access, yet failed to act. No apology. No compensation. Just delays and excuses while they "check with insurance." If you travel with anything valuable, avoid this place at all costs. What happened to me could happen to you!!!"

"We loved our stay. Staff is lovely, specially Tango. They helped us with all kinds of tips os what to do, scheduled everything. And also made a really nice surprise in our room for our anniversary. Definetely recommend."
