Access to the property is via a small corridor, ensuring a serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The home features a cozy 16 m² living room with an open kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals together or relaxing after a day of exploration.



The two comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space. The first bedroom is 12 m² with a 140 cm bed, a closet, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is slightly larger, measuring 13 m², and has a 140 cm bed, a closet, and an additional 90 cm pull-out bed, making it perfect for families or small groups. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a sink and a separate toilet for added convenience.



The 40 m² private courtyard is a true highlight, providing a peaceful outdoor space with garden furniture under a trellis, perfect for dining, reading, or simply unwinding in the fresh air.



The house is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a TV, a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. A washing machine is also available for your use.



The location is ideal for those who love nature and the sea. Just a 10-minute walk takes you to the village center, port, and shops. For beach lovers, the larger Saint Trojan beach is only a 10-minute bike ride away, while the smaller beach is just 5 minutes by bike. Whether you're looking to explore the forest, enjoy the beach, or simply relax, this house offers a perfect base for your stay.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
