Located in Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, this charming house, nestled at the edge of the forest, offers a peaceful setting with a beautiful sea view. The enclosed garden and terrace are perfect for enjoying the outdoors in complete tranquility. Quiet yet close to the village center, you’ll be within walking distance of the port, shops, and market.



The house is ideal for families or friends. The bright living area, with an open kitchen, offers a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with bunk beds for children and another with a double bed. The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, along with a separate WC.



On the garden level, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with twin beds and another with a single bed and trundle. There’s also a shower room and a separate WC.



Well-equipped, the house includes a utility room with a washing machine, sink, and storage space for outdoor gear like bikes or surfboards. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in. Outside, enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.



The house is just 12 minutes by bike from the large Océane beach and surf club, 6 minutes from the small beach and sailing club, and 15 minutes from the Gatseau beach and thalassotherapy center. The village center, with its shops and market, is just a 5-minute walk away, and the port is only 2 minutes on foot.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
