"We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. "Our stay in the Cedar Hill Cottage was certainly represented well by the website photos and was in a very pleasant location in the rural outskirts of Chambersburg. The wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms certainly made our stay easy in terms of fulfilling all our needs, and the cleanliness of the house overall was evident upon first entering the front door. "After a really stressful couple of weeks this property was just what we needed to reset our minds and bodies.The fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was a definite bonus. "This was a great place to stay. Even better than the photos! It's a great location and perfect set up. I would suggest two items to note. The air conditioning is the living room so we did keep the bedroom door open to cool off the bedroom. There was a ceiling fan and other fan in the bedroom, but keeping the door open kept it cooler.
