Cocoonr is offering a self-contained, air-conditioned annexe for rent in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV, dining area and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, plancha, iron.

Outdoor area shared with the owners:
- A shared (unheated) 7x4m swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace, overlooking the village, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A private garden of 1,000 m²
- The property is fenced

The annexe is ideally situated in Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
