Reservation and payment terms:
Reservation made after receipt of the seasonal rental contract and a 30% deposit not refundable in the event of termination.
Payment of the balance 15 days before arrival in low season and 1 month in high season.
A deposit check of 800 Euros returned within 15 days after departure.
A check for 80 Euros for cleaning, returned on the day of departure so clean.
