The living area opens to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a studio with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, which also leads to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with access to the garden. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor houses one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, with access to a balcony, as well as another bedroom with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and a balcony exit. There is also a shower and a separate WC on the upper level.
