Le Mazet, is an air-conditioned studio of 20 m2, completely renovated and decorated.

The apartment overlooks the garden.

It has a fully equipped open kitchen and a sofa bed in the living room.
Linen as well as all the essential elements for a wonderful stay - including Wifi connected to fiber ;-) are provided.

This apartment also benefits from all the common areas of the house (composed of a total of 4 apartments, each with its own independent access): outdoor dining areas, barbecue, plancha, summer kitchen, laundry room, gym, relaxation area with deckchairs and jacuzzi...

It is ideally located opposite the protected natural site of Cap Dramont, 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches and unspoilt coves of the Côte d'Azur 🏝🏖Agay is 2 km away and Saint Raphaël 6 km.

Many shops and restaurants are nearby.

The small picturesque port of Poussaï, facing the Ile d'Or is 500m away on foot.

Many sports activities are also within walking distance: Diving centre/school, kayak, paddle, personal watercraft rental, 9-hole golf course with driving range, hiking or mountain biking, electric buggy rides...
