"I would like to mention Natalie,at reception, we had a issue re breakfast, we went to her and her customer service was excellent. She sorted our issue wuth care,compassion and efficiently. Well dine and thankyou,Natalie, we will definitely come again,with such excellent customer services "

"Stayed overnight here for a Comic Con close-by with a friend, we were absolutely gobsmacked by the entire Inn. Room was exquisite and spacious and the bathroom was terrific, staff were lovely and the food was beyond delicious. Considering that it was only £90 for an overnight stay plus £50 for a two-person dinner it's a genuine steal in terms of pricing, might just make another trip to Wales for the sole purpose of staying another night or two, genuinely."
"My husband I recently stayed at Old Church Farm for 3 nights. Our visit can be summed up as first class! From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. Whether it was recommendations on local eateries or a nightcap before bed, everything we needed was seemingly at our fingertips. The hospitality and personal touch was worth the visit alone. "A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "

"Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are...
Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people.
Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night...
