The Billikers Agency is pleased to present Villa Rêve Austral, an exceptional property with breathtaking views of Grand Bois Bay. From June through October, you can admire the majestic migration of whales from the terrace while enjoying the heated magnesium pool, which is open from June through the end of September for relaxing moments year-round.

The villa features a bright living room and a modern open-concept kitchen that is fully equipped (dishes, appliances, storage) to welcome families and groups of friends in a convivial setting. The air-conditioned master suite is furnished with a king-size bed (180x200) and opens directly onto the terrace and pool, offering a view of the horizon upon waking. The two other bedrooms, which are also air-conditioned, each feature a queen-size bed (140x200), overlook the garden, and share an elegant Italian-style bathroom.

Final cleaning is included in the rental price, and high-quality hotel-style linens are provided (bed linens, towels, dish towels) to ensure your utmost comfort from the moment you arrive. Attentive service, a warm atmosphere, and contemporary décor round out the experience.

Glass: Dispose of in the designated containers
Please do not leave trash bags in the common areas or outside the accommodation.

Non-smoking accommodation
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation, including near the windows. Please smoke outside and use an ashtray for your cigarette butts.

Visitors and Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited unless prior permission has been granted. The number of people staying at the accommodation may not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.

On the day of departure
Please:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher

We have set up a personalized check-in process, which is handled by a dedicated receptionist.

Prior Contact: Your receptionist will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (Arrival): Arrival time: between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM (a surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM upon request). Upon your arrival, you will be personally greeted at the property to receive your keys. An inventory check (état des lieux) will be conducted with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (Departure): Departure time: before 10:00 a.m. On the day of your departure, a final inspection (état des lieux de sortie) will also be conducted, along with the return of the keys.
Security deposit: €1,100 via credit card pre-authorization (prise par empreinte de carte bancaire)
