In an old wine farmhouse composed of 2 dwellings, this adorable house of 80m2 completely renovated is the perfect setting for your holidays.
It is ideally located in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, the central point of the island, to discover our island riches. Beaches, ports, forests, marshes, everything invites you to get away from it all and have fun. By bike, the nearest beaches are 3.5km away.

Furnished in an industrial style, this cozy house will offer you perfect comfort for your relaxation.

On the main façade, a private terrace of 12m2 facing south allows you to fill up on the sun. When it is too strong, you can take refuge in the small shaded patio of 10m2 communicating on the same level as the main room.

A communal garden enclosed on all sides allows you to enjoy a grassy area where young and old can relax in complete safety. A barbecue is available.

Inside, the living space consists of a very functional and comfortable main room of more than 35m2. The living areas are naturally delimited while allowing you to stay with family or friends in all circumstances.

The house has a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for preparing meals (oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.), as well as the essential dishwasher to free yourself from constraints. Products are available such as: washing-up liquid, sponge, household products, dishwasher tablets...

The living room, thanks to its generous openings, is bathed in light, but you can isolate yourself for a nap on the sofa or for a movie by folding down the dimming curtains.

In the cool season, the latest generation electric underfloor heating will allow you to benefit from a soft and homogeneous heat. In addition, a double flow ventilation ensures a permanent air renewal.

The house has free wifi.

The first bedroom, upstairs, of 30m2 (14 m2 of living space because it has an attic) benefits from a superb supply of light thanks to two large roof windows, one positioned directly above the 160x200 bed, allowing amateurs to lie down while looking at the stars. For the others, it will be enough to close the electric blinds.
This room has a separate toilet, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and a hairdryer.
The staircase is secured at the top and bottom for the little ones.

The second bedroom of 14m2, on the first floor, also benefits from a 160X200 bed, a shower room (still Italian) and its separate toilet. It is exposed to the east and has a private terrace of 6m2.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please note that bed linen and dish towels are not included. You can reserve this linen as well as towels on request for an additional fee (indicated below).
Shower outlet mats are provided.

For the little ones, a baby kit including a baby seat, a travel cot, a changing mat and a shower deckchair is provided free of charge. However, we leave it to you to provide the linen suitable for baby's bed, namely: pillow, duvet and sheets.

For the sake of comfort, an optional cleaning package is also available. For those who wish to take care of it themselves, we provide sponge, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.

Some board games are available. Some of them are not intended for babies and young children. It is the responsibility of parents to keep out of reach of children anything that could be harmful to them.

If you are coming from abroad or have foreign electrical appliances, a universal plug adapter is available.

The garden is shared, so we cannot accept pets.

Free parking is available on the street near the entrance. Access to the accommodations are complete self-guided according to a procedure that you will receive shortly before your stay.

If you come with bicycles or rent them on site, you can park them within the property.
