It is well-equipped, spacious, and very welcoming—perfect for a vacation with family or friends. The house features three bedrooms, a separate studio, large outdoor terraces, and a beautiful heated pool. You’ll be close to the beach and the center of La Cotinière.

-)The pool is heated and available from June through September. Outside of this period, it can be heated upon request for an additional fee:
80 euros for stays of 2 to 7 nights, 120 euros for stays of 8 to 14 nights, and upon request for stays longer than 14 nights.
-) Parties and gatherings of people under 25 are strictly prohibited in our accommodation.
-) We welcome dogs, but cats are not allowed. 
-) Linens are not provided but can be rented from your concierge service, “Les Clés d’Aliénor.”
-) This property is NOT AIR-CONDITIONED.
-) Private parking with an electric gate operated by a code:
-) The house is equipped with a Chromecast so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows.
-) The house is strictly non-smoking.
If the house smells of cigarettes, your security deposit will be forfeited in full.
