For your comfort, air conditioning is available in each of the two bedrooms as well as in the living area, which includes the lounge, dining room, and kitchen. You can therefore enjoy a pleasant temperature throughout the cottage, even on the hottest days.

Just 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire River, the cottage is ideally located for exploring the treasures of the Saumur region and Anjou: the castle and apothecary of Baugé, the Cadre Noir equestrian center in Saumur, troglodyte caves, the Anjou-Saumur vineyards, Loire River cruises, and canoe trips.

You will enjoy a private, fully enclosed garden of approximately 370 m², with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, and an electric griddle for outdoor dining.

On the ground floor, the warm and light-filled living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for four, and a comfortable lounge with a smart TV. This living area is also air-conditioned. Two large French doors provide direct access to the terrace and garden. There is also a separate WC with a washbasin and a shower room with a large shower, vanity unit, and a second WC.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning and a beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside:

* One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm);

* One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined together as needed.
