The 11 guests will each find their place in this large family home of 300 m2. Each of the 6 bedrooms opens onto the park and has its own bathroom or shower room. New and quality bedding.

The heart of the house is a large living room of 75 m² coupled with a lounge-library surrounded by lush nature.

The kitchen, larger than a Parisian apartment, is bathed in light thanks to its large glass roof.

From dawn to sunset, choose your pace: hammock, canoe, bike rides, swimming pool or beaches, golf or petanque, plancha or restaurant, lively ferias or contemplative break in the park...

An eco-responsible house: forget about air conditioning! Thanks to its bio-air-conditioned architecture, the house remains a refuge of freshness, even during heat peaks.

The outbuilding is a cocoon treated as a 45 m2 loft offering comfort and autonomy for 3 people.

The swimming pool was refurbished at the end of 2025 with a top-of-the-range "bali stone" liner. Salt filtration, fully automated. 6 m2 bathing area with 30 cm of water for pre-lasering. wide staircase to glide effortlessly into the water.

Pool house includes a summer kitchen with double plancha. WC and sink. Inflatable mattresses and various water games.

Dax is known in summer for its famous feria, but it is also the 2nd spa town in France and you will enjoy a balneotherapy or a good massage around the lake.

Unlike many properties in the region, the ecosystem of the garden allows us to guarantee you an almost mosquito-free stay!
