This large, detached house is divided into two sections: one with an entrance through the living room, furnished with a sofa and TV. Three steps lead down to the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The laundry room has a second refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and a microwave. A shower room with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a small utility room complete this ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two family bedrooms: the Taupe room, for four people, has a queen-size bed (160 cm), a single bed (110 cm), and a twin bed (80 cm). The Lagon room has a queen-size bed (160 cm).
The second section offers a ground-floor lounge furnished for games and reading, with a large bay window opening onto the swimming pool. The two sections are connected by a hallway, and internet access is available throughout the house via a repeater. The three other upstairs bedrooms, each with its own unique ambiance and color scheme, are furnished with queen-size beds (160 cm), and the Corail room also has an additional single bed (110 cm). A bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, are located on the landing.

Outside: a large, unfenced garden, two sets of garden furniture, a griddle, a ping-pong table, a private, fenced, and alarm-secured swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, 0.80 to 1.60 meters deep), accessible via built-in steps, is treated with a salt system and is open and heated from the end of May to the end of September.
