The ground floor of this holiday villa in a residence welcomes you with a living room and a flat-screen TV that opens onto a private, enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a family meal. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes, featuring two electric hobs, a combination microwave oven, a 3-in-1 multi-capsule espresso coffee maker (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and Senseo), a tabletop refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet complete this cozy space.

A Japanese-style staircase leads to a mezzanine with an IKEA FLEKKE sofa bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children or friends.

Outside, enjoy a garden lounge for sunbathing or a barbecue for delicious outdoor evenings.

For your convenience, a private parking space is also available.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
