It features an entrance, a bright living room with a TV for relaxing moments, and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tabletop fridge, and washing machine.
The sleeping area on the ground floor includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the mezzanine offers two 90 cm bunk beds and a skylight, ideal for children or additional guests.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
