The Accommodation

In the heart of the St Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, this very bright and friendly old barn of 180m2 with a capacity of 10 people is the ideal place to visit the Loire Valley, its cellars (Bourgueil 2 minutes away, Saumur and Chinon 25 minutes away) and its Châteaux (Ussé and Villandry 25 min, Azay-le-Rideau 30 min).

The house is organised on 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 mezzanine / additional work and sleeping space. The charm of the old (beams, exposed stones) is combined with a warm decoration and a very good level of equipment (air conditioning, Wifi, hotel bedding, TV in the master bedrooms, etc.) .

On the first floor:
– a large living room with open kitchen fitted and generously equipped (cooking piano, large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle) will allow you to share moments of cooking around the central island.
