We are offering this charming house for rent in the village of Saint-Nic, just 200 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a lovely 31 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 410 m². Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 31 m² living room with a TV, sofa and armchairs, opening onto the kitchen and dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A toilet
- A large garage with plenty of storage space.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: one single bed (90×190) with a television
- A shower room completely refurbished this year.
- A toilet

Both bathrooms and the toilet have been repainted this year.

Outside:
- A lovely 410 m² garden, fully fenced and lawned.
- A large, brand-new south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (table, chairs, deckchair and sun loungers)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Nic, between Crozon and Douarnenez, in a very pleasant setting close to the beach. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
- Tourist attractions: Visits to the Crozon peninsula, the picturesque village of Locronan (explore the village with its many galleries, church, small shops and crêperies), the authentic town of Douarnenez (explore the canneries, the harbour, the town centre and the coastal paths), and Quimper…
- Sports activities: various water sports (sail-powered land craft, tubing, kitesurfing, paddleboard and kayak hire, swimming…), hiking along the GR34 trail which runs along the Breton coast, cycling…
- Events: the Menez Hom Festival in Plomodiern; the Bout du Monde Festival in Crozon; the Cornouailles Festival in Quimper; the International Maritime Festival in Brest; the Maritime Festival in Douarnenez...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which has space for two cars.

- Brest airport is 55 km away

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included; only tea towels and bath mats are provided. These can be supplied on request, at an additional cost: €20 per set and €5 per person for towels (to be hired and paid for through our on-site partner). To arrange this service, please contact the concierge service before arrival.
- Free Wi-Fi available
- For stays of more than two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning service is compulsory (payment to be made on site to the concierge service).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are not permitted.
